Lydia D'Alessandro, NANCY STABIZE, and BERNARD R. WISHEN,
being the widow, daughters and son, respeetively of Leo
Wishen, Deceased, and the sole heirs at law of the said
Zeo l~fiahen, Deceased, the owners and holders of a certain
mortgage deed eaecuted by DOROTHY LANE, a single adu].t to
ZEO WISHEN, bearing date the 20th da~y of October, A.D. 1961
recorded October 26, 1961 in Official Record Book 21 at page
316 of the pub2Lc records of St. Zucie County, Fla~ ida, securing
certain note in the principal sum of =1,800.90 Dollars, and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to-wits

Cramer's Addition to Fort Pierce, as per
plat thereof on file i n Plat ook 4, at
page6l of the publ~o records 'df St. I,ucie
County, Florid a, E%CEPT the North 5 feet
thereof .
hereby acl~owledge full payment and sa~action of said note
and mortgage deed, and surren3er th~ same as caneelled, and
hereby directthe Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record. i
