are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•~?, Florida ;
Statutes, in Officisl Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the ;
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and tha masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mort~age sha11 extend to and ;
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administr~tors, ~
successors and assigns of the Mort~e~gor and Mortgagee. ;
