BEFORE ME, the endersigned authority, personally appeared
DAVID L. McCAIN, who upon being first duly sworn deposes and says:
I am David L. McCain, a practicing attorney in the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida. In respect.to that certain deed dated
January 8, 1934, executed by Alto Adams as Attorney In Fact for
S. L. Williams and Kafiie L. Wi11*_ams, his wife, the said S. L.
Williams and Katie L. Williams, his wife were alive and in being
on the date of said deed as above indicated. The said S. L.
Williams and Katie L. Williams, his wife, both died on February 10,
193? and the probate records of each are on file in #he office of
the County Judge, St. Lucie County, Florida.
