SIBYL B. MILLS, who upon first being duly sworn deposes and says:
My na~e is Sibyl B. Mills and I am the Bnsiness Manager for
the News Tribune, a newspaper owned and operated by Indian River
Newspapers, Inc. As Business Manager, I am in possession of and
holding each and all of those debentures referred to in that Deed
recorded in Deeci Book 255, page 463 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which said debentures have been paid and
satisfied in full and marked cancelled and discharged.
