Subdivision according to Plat Book 4. page 13 of the St. Lucie
County public records, more particularly described as follows: that
portion of said Lot 10, 40 ft, wide lying Easterly of a line beginning
on the North boundary 40 ft. West of the Northeast corner of said lot
and running Southerly parallel with the Easterly boundary of said
lot fio the South boundary of said lot.

Y Aeginning at the Southeast corner intersection of Pine Street
and b{ain lvenue as now located, then run Eastward along the South
line of Main Avenue ane hundred twenty-five (125) feet and four (4)
inches as the point of beginning; thence run Eastward twenty-four (24)
feet; thence run Southerly, parailel with the East line of the lot now
owned by the News Printing Company, to the North line of the lot owned "
by F. M. Tyler; thence run Westward along the North Iine of F. M. Tyler
lot to the Southeasfi corner of lot now owned by the News Printing
Company, thence run northerly along the said lot to the point of
beginning, situate in ilock K of City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, a subdivision of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
as set out in Deed Book 35, at page 292, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Also beginning at the Suutheast corner intersection of Pine
Street and Main Avenue as now locafied, then run Eastward along the
South Line of Main Avenue ninety (90) feet, four (4) inches, to the
Northwest corner of the Brick Building as now Zocated as the point
of beginning; thence run Eastward along the South line of Main Avenue
thirty-five (35) feet; thence run Southward parallel with the foun-
dation of said brick building a distance of sixty-four (64) feet to
the cement Foundation of the F. M. Tyler building; thence run West
along the foundation of the F. M. Tyler building thirty-six (36) feet
four inches to the West line of the foundation of said brick building;
thence run Northward along the foundation of said brick building to
the South line of Main Avenue and point of beginning; situate in
Block K of Fort Pierce, FZorida, a subdivision of Section 10, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, as set out in Deed Book 33, at page 246 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
