by regiatere3 mail to the SARRIS CONSTRIIOTION OORPORATION, at 721
Quincy Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, advising said conporation of
the receipt of the notice of the default and further advising said
corporation that at the ezpiration oY thirty days xhich s~id default
occurred, the Tscro~ Agent shall deliver to SLZ~iBR S. WIRING, the
collateral held in escrow unless satisfactory evidence has been fur-
nished to the Esarow ~gent in writing that said $1,600.00 note is ;

that the first mortgage referred to above in favor of the FIRST
