cept as expressly set forth herein. This contract ie subject to acceptance by Seller. ~
The Purchaser hereby authorizes Seller to fill in the serial numbers of the Equipment ~
for filing purposes. ~
It is further agreed that if any paragraph, provieion. clause. condition or any other ~
part of this contract ahall be invalid or unenforceable, tbia will not invalidate or in any way;
affect the remaiaing provisions. conditions and other parts of this contract. :
This agreement, when accepted, shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, ~
