other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do~$
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and auigns, a right-of-way in St, lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
The West 40 feet of that part of Sections 15,
Township 37 South, Range 38 East, lying North
and West of the Glades Road.
AND
The West 100 feet of that part of Section 15,
Township 37 South, Range 38 Sast, lying South
and East of the Glades Road.
AND
The West 100 feet of Section 22, Township 37
South, Range 38 $ast.
As consideration for this conveyance party of
the second part agrees at no costtn the party
of the first part to move the existing fences
to the new right-of-way line.
