reference is hereby made to said note and supplemental agree-

verbatim herein, and recorded purauant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public recorda of St. Lucie (•ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular $hall include the plural,
and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be bindins upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigr~s of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
