ThiB deed is an absolute conveqance of title in effect, as arell as in form and is
not inteaded aa a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any ldnd. The
consideration therefor is full release of all debts, obligations, costs and ehargea
heretofore subsisting on account of and by the ternds of that certain mortgage heretofore
existing on the property herein coaveyed, which mortgage waa recorded in Ofiidal
Record Book 60, page 23 of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie Connty, ' Florida, and
the note aecured thereby, this conveyance completely satisfying aaid obligation
and terminating said mortgage and note and aay effect thereof in all reapects.
