gagor to the Mortgagee, as conteined in a supplemental agree-
ment dated, executed and delivered concurrently iLerewith and
reference is hereby mede to said note and supplemental agree-
ment for the full terma and conditione thereof, and the aame
are hereby incorporeted herein es fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in O~ficial Record Book 138, peiges 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
end tha masculine shell in~lude the ~eminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall eatend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
