That the deed of conveyance from his mother, Mable ~
S. Childs, unmarried (widow) to him CHarry E. Childs), _ _
dated April 6, 1954, f iled for record May 7, 1954 and - - '
recorded in Deed Book 191, page 38, et seq. , conveying
land in St. Lucie County, Florida, failed to include the .
following: The North 2SO feet of the South 950 feet of the` -
North 1683 feet of the Ei of the NE4 of Section 30, Townshfp
36 South, Range 41 East.
That it was the full intention of his mother Mable S. -
Childs to convey unto him all land owned by her in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and it was only through a clerical error
that the abovQ described land was not included.
