PersonaZly appeared before the undersisned
authority, ALFRED SICILIANO, JR., who beiog first duly
cautioned, on oath, deposes and says:
L. Affient is the $on of Alfred Siciliano,
deceesed, and Ida Sicitiano, and knows of his own knowledge
that his parents were merried to each other et the time
they purchesed reel property in St. Lucie-County, Florida,
and remained married to each other up to and including the
date of death of his father, Alfred Siciliano on
February 16, 1964, without any intervening divorce.
2. The property purchased was located at
4708 EL Nereva Avenue, Fort Pierce, FLoride, and was
legally described as:
Lot 7, Bl~ck "A" of Plat of HARMONY ~IGHTS
~3, as recorded on the 14th day of January,
1953, in Plat B ook 9, at page 46, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Thet all 8tate and federal taxee which may
have been due by reason of fihe death of Alfred Siciliano,
have been paid.
Further affiant saith naught.
