Statutes, in Otficiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (•ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the mascul~ne shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligal:ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respsctive heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and essigns of the Mortg~gor and Mortgagee.
