Lots 11 and 12 of Block 2 of Dreamland Park, a~cording to plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 38, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Flori.da, less and excepting the North 10 feet thereof
deeded to the State of FZorida for public road purposes.
The above described property is conveyed subject to all taxes to be
assessed and levied thereon for 1966 and subsequent years, and also conveyed
subject to the mortgage thereon executed and delivered by grantor to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County under date
November 30, 1955, to secure the principal sum of $11,500.00 and any further
indebtedness on account of future advances made, and interest to accrue
thereon, which mortgage and the modification thereof appear of record in
Mortgage Book 122 at page 93 and Official Records Book 54 at page 166,
respectively, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and the grantee hereby assumes and agrees to pay the balance
of said mortgage indebtedness as part payment oE the purchase price for the
premises hereby conveyed.
and said gantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of a11 persons whomscever.
