~ THIS IS A PURCHASE MONSY MORTGA~GE, and is executed and delivered
~ subject to a first mortgage upon tYie above described premises given
if by the mortgagee to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
i' Indian~ River County under date November 30, 1955, to secure the

principal sum of $11,500.00 and any further indebtedness on account o
i future advances made, and the interest to accrue thereon, which mort-
gage and the modifications thereof appear of record in l~ortqage Book
~ 122 at page 93 and Official Records Hook 54 at page 166, respectively
~ in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,

Florida, the balance owing upon which mortgage indebtedness the .
mortgagor has assumed and agreed to pay, and the mortgagor hereby
covenants and agrees that upon any default in compliance with the
~ ~ terms and conditions of said first mortgage the note secured by this
second mo=tgage shall, at the option of the holder thereof, become
! immediately due and payable and this mortgage may be foreclosed at
I once, and that should default be made in the payment of any installme t
E of the note secured by said first mortgage or taxes or any other mone
