WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~2~day of
1966, by JESSIE PRETORIUS, individually and as Trustee under
that certain Trust Agreement dated August l, 1958, known as
Trust Number TWO, joined by her husband, MARVIN G. PRETORIUS,
hereinafter called Grantor, to ANNA RESSE as to an undivided
eighty per cent (8096) interest in and to the following descri-
bed property, and to CATHERINE R. CARLISLE as to an undivided
twenty per cent (20%) interest in and to the following descri-
bed property, hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations)
WZTNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
ti9n of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, liereby
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
