JOINDER AND RELEASE BY ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DL-125252-F1a.
The Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an officer of the United States of
America, joins in the above and foregoing Assumption Agreement: and in considera-
tion of the assumption of liability and agreement to pay by the above named parties
of the second part, in accordance with said Assumption Agreement, he hereby releases
Jerrold ~~Jilbur Steven4 and Lois J. Stev+ens ~
parties of the first part, from all liability to the United 3tates Government aris-
ing out of the making, guaranty or insurance of the above described loan, identified
as Loan No. DL••125252-F1a. for which they may now be liable or which may
accrue in the future. The validity of the release hereby granted is conditioned
upon a legal and binding assumption by the parties of the second part. This release
in no way affects the liability of said parties of the first part to
Administrator of Veterans Affairs , the owners
of the note and mortgage described in the Assumption Agreement, their successors
or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Administrator of Veterans Affairs has caused
these presents to be executed in his name on this the 15 day of

duly authorized under Power of Attorney and Delegation of Authority dated
