This cause came on to be heard upon the Sti~lation of Counsel
for Petitioner Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District, and
David L. McCain, Attorney for Defendant Florida-Maid Citrus Corporation,
and Jack L. Rogers, Attorney for Defendant Strazzulla Brothers Company, and
the Court being fully advised in ttie-premises, finds that said Stipulation
should be ratified, approved and confirmed, and it is
ORD~BD and AD.TUDG$p that Petitioner Central and Southern Florida
Flood Control District shall be granted the rights and interests contained
in the Petition for Condemnation and Order of Taking previously filed in
this cause.
IT IS FURTHER ORD~ and AATUDG$D that Petitioner shall pay the
total sum of $9,584.00 to the above-named Defendants, of which the sum of
$5,297.40 shall be paid to Strazzulla Brothers Company, and the sum of
$4,286.60 shall be paid to Florida-M,aid Citrus Corporation, which sums are
in payment for the estate acquired, and all costs, attorneys' fees and damages.
These sums shall be paid frvm the Registry of the Court without further Order
of the Court; said lands Iying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
described as folloWS:

A strip of land 150 feet in\~,iidth, in Section 30, ToWnship 34 South, Range 38
East, lying Southwesterly of, contiguous, parallel and as measured at right
angles to the following specifically described line:
Fram the Northwest (NW) corner of said Section 30, bear South 0°03'37"
West, along the West line of said Section 30, a distance of.802.03 feet
to the point of beginning. lfience, South 36°56'23" East, a distance of
3374.29 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left, :aving a
central angle of 31°00'42" and a radius of 5929.58 ~eet; Thence, along
the arc of said curve, a distance of 3209.42 feet to the Sauth line of
said Section 30 and the end of the specifically described line.
The bearings in the above description refer to the atandard plane rectangular
coordinate system for the Sast Zone of FZorida.
