Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
VIRGINIA M. HALLAMt formerly VIRGINIA M. LETTS, who first being
duly sworn, states under oath as follows;
That she has no interest in the property granted by her to
J. W. MILLER and STELLA B. MILLER~ his wife, and contained in O.R.
Book 12~ ~a~e 179 and O.R. Book 128 page 504 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the conveyance to the said
Millers by the said VIRGIN~A M. HALLAM was in error.
FURTHER SAID AP'FIANT STATES AS FOLLOWS:
