SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That NORTH BEACH
DEVEIAPMENT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, the owner and
holder of a certain mortgage deed, and modifications thereof, executed
by BYAL REALTY CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to NORTH
BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AS follows:
Mortgage deed bearing date of June 12, 1959, recorded in
Mortgage Book 157, page 613, in the office of the Clerk
of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing
one certain note in the principal sum of $54, 000. 00; and
Mortgage Modification Agreement dated February 2, 1961,
recorded in Official Record Book 3, page 437, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records; and
Mortgage Modification Agreement Number Two dated June
28, 1961, recorded in Official Record Book 13, page
360, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records~ and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed and
the modifications hereof, upon the property situate in Said State and
; County as more fully described in said instruments, hereby acknowledge~

i full payment and satisfaction of said note, mortgage deed and modification

~ agreements, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs
~
the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
