L E A S E

THIS LEASE, made and entered into this (n ~ day
of A.D. 1964, by and between LOUIS FISCHER and
EDSON ARNOLD, as tenants in common, hereinafter referred to
as Lessors, and JOHN J08ANSEN and DENNIS A. BLANDFORD, herein-
after referred to as Lessees,
W I T N E S S E T H:
T'hat for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
and agreements set forth herein, it is covenanted, stipulated
and agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:
l. The Lessors, in consideration of the rental, cove-
nants, agreements and conditions hereinafter set forth, made and
entered into on the part of the Lessees, to be paid, kept, per-
formed and observed, have demised, leased and let and do hereby
demise, lease and let unto the Lessees, all that certain piece,
; parcel, lot or tract of land, lying and being in the County of

~ Saint Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly described as

follows: ~ !
South 10.13 chains of Lot 2, East of Old
Dixie Highway and North of Beach Road,
except to Railroad right-of-way and ex-
cept to Fort Pierce Finance and Construc-
tion Company and to Herbert Haughton, in
~ Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, Saint Lucie County, Florida. Together
~ _ with riparian rights.
together with the improvements on said premises, for a term of
five (5) years, commencing on the 13th day of May, 1964, and

~ 2. As a part of the consideration f owing from the

~ Lessees to the Lessors, the Lessors hereby agree and grant unto

the Lessees the right, option and privilege to renew the demised

premises herein under the same terms and conditions herein made
- and covenanted for the term of five (5) years; said option shall ~
