be exercised by the Lessees within a reasonable time after

the termination of the lease herein granted; upon the exer-
cise of the option by the Lessees, the Lessors agree and
covenant to extend the demised premises heretofore described ~
for an additional five (5) years under the terms and condi- ~

3. The Lessees shall, and hereby covenant, to p~y ;

Beach, Florida, as rental, quarterly sums as follows:
For the first twenty (20) quarters of the de- ~
mised term, the sum of Three Hundred Seventy- ~
Five ($375.00) Dollars per quarter; said amount
may be made by the Lessees on monthly payments
of One Hundred R~aenty-Five ($125.00) Dollars
per month.
PROVIDID: Upon the exercise of the option
herein granted to the Lessees, rental shall be
paid in quarterly installments for the next en- i

at the rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars t
