HomeMy WebLinkAbout1433 part to be paid in net or of any part or installment thereof at the time and in the manner herein prescribed for the pay- ment thereof as and when the same becomes due and payable and if such default shall continue for ten (10) days or in the event of any default in the performance of any of the other covenants, conditions or agreements herein contained on the part of the Lessees to be performed and kept, and such default shall continue for twenty (20) days after notice thereof has been given to Lessees, or in the event of the abandonment of the demised premises by the Lessees or any assignee of the Lessees, or if a petition in bankruptcy is filed by the Lessees or if said Lessees are adjudicated bankrupt or if the Lessees shall compound their debts or"assign their assets or effects ~ for the payment thereof, or if a receiver or trustee shall be appoi.nted for the property of the Lessees, or if any writ of I i execution shall be levied on the Lessees' interest in the de- ~ E ~ mised premises, then upon the happeni.ng of such events, the i ! ~ Lessors shall have the right, at their option, forthwith to ~ remove the Lessees and/or anyone and everyone claiming under ~ or through them, from the demised premises by su~?ary proceed- ings or any other lawful manner, and to repossess the demised premises and thereupon the Lessors may cancel this lease and this lease shall cease and terminate and come to an end with ~ ~ the same force and effect and to all intents and purposes as ~ though the original demised term had expired at that time, and ~ ~ all prepaid rentals which have been reserved by the Lessors ~ hereunder shall be retained by them in partial payment of their ~ ~ ~s damages, and the Lessees shall not be entitled to any compensa- r~ _ ~ ~r tion for any improvements constructed by them on the demised ~ ~ ~ ~ t j ~ ~ ~ax141 _ ~JV ~ LAW OFriCtf OP.
