From time to time the Lessees may make alterations ~ or additions to the existing improvements on the demised pre- mises or construct additional improvements thereon, so long as # ~ ~ the same do not impair or decrease the value of the existi.ng im- ~ i provements to be in accordance with county zoning and building ~ ~ ordinances.
