EXECUTOR' S DEED
THIS INDENTURE executed the 22nd day of March,
1966, between DORA BELLE HOLMAN as Executrix of the Estate of
B. L. Holman, Party of the rirst Part and THOMAS B. HOLMAN
and HARRY R. HOLMAN, Parties of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
Said Party of the First Part, DORA BELLE HOI~lAN, as
_ Executrix of the Estate of B. L. Holman, deceased, on the 8th
day of btarch, 1966, by petition applied to the County Judge
in and for Indian River County, Florida, for authority to con-
vey certain real estate in said county hereinaf ter described
averring that it is to the best interest of the estate to con-
vey the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and
the prayer of said petition having appeared to and found by
said judge to be reasonable and just and said petition true
and the conveyance to the best interest of said estate said
court rendered its order dated the day of March,
1966 directing said Party of the First Part to sell at pri-
vate sale to the Parties of the Second Part for the sum of
j Nine Thousend Three Hundred Fif ty T~vo and no~100 Dollars
~ ($9,352.00) cash at closing the following described property:
