Northeast Quarter.
Thence run Suuth on the West boundary of said
East three-quarters (3/4) of the Northeast
Quarter a distance -of 295Z.12 feet to said
point of beginning.
Above described parcel of land containing
23.38 acres, more or less, and on the West side
. of the East (3/4) three-quarters of the North-
east Quarter of Section 4, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie Countv, Florida.
NC~V THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Nine Thousand Thr~e Hundred Fifty-Z~vo and no~100 Dollars
($9,352.00) in hand paid, said Party of the First Part hereby
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the said Parties of the Second Part and
to their successors and assigns forever that cerfiain land in
Saint Lucie County, State of Florida, described as follows:
An undivided 1~2 interest in and to the follow--
ing described tract:
From the Southwest corner of the East three-
quarters (3~4) of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 4, Township 35 S outh, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, run North a dis-
tance of 35 feet to a concrete monument for
the point of beginning at the intersection
of the ~Vest boundary line of said East three-
quarters (3~4) of the Northeast Quarter and
the North right-of-way line of a North St.
Lucie Drainage District Canal.
Fr~m said Point of Beginning run East on said
North right-of -way of said canal a distance of
345 feet to a concrete monument.
Thence run Northerly along the approximate
centerline of a graded road a distance of
2912.66 feet to a concrete monument on the
South right-of-way line of the Central and
South F2orida F1aod Control District (C-25)
Canal.
Thence run West on said Canal right-of-way
a distance of 354 feet to a concrete monument on
the intersection of the South right-of-way of
said Central and South Florida Flood Control
' District (C-25) Canal and the West boundary vf
the said East three-quarters (3~4) of the
Northeast Quarter.
