Above described parcel of Iand containing
23.38 acres, more or le ss, and on the W est side
of the East C3/4) three-quarters of the North-
east Quarter of Section 4, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the the said Parties
of the Second Part and to their successors and assigns in fee
simple forever.
AND the said Party of the First Part doth hereby
covenant to and with said Parties of the Second Part their
heirs, successors and assigns that in aIl things preliminary
