This mortgage is given to secure the payment of not only the
aforesaid promisaory note but also a fee of 1/4 of 1~6 per annum
payable anrwally on each interest payment date on any amount of ~he
above principal sum not disbursed, said fee to be discontinued in
~,ny event on March 10 , 1971.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein or in
the note secured hereby, in the event the entire principal amoun~ of
One Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Do].lars ($136,000.00) is not dis-
bursed by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, then and in that event,
the amount of each annual principal payment set for~h in said no~e
shall be reduced proportionately.
Mortgagor agrees ~hat none of the real property herein en-
cumbered shall be incorporated into a drainage distrf.ct under the
laws of Florida w3thout first obtaining the written consent of the
1?iortgagee .
