and recorded in Official Records Book 91, Page 385
of said public records.
(2) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964, and
recorded in Official Records Book 91, Page 389 of said ~

ALSO; all of Mortqaqor's right, title and interest in and
to those certain rights granted and conferred by vfrtue of that
certain agzeement dated June 8, 1964, and recorded in Official
Records Book 91, Page 368 of safd publfc records. ~
ALSO; all pumps, irrigation and drai~age equipment in-
cluding the entfre drainage system and the entire overhead
irrigation system, together with all asbestos cement pipes, #
plastic pipes, steel pipes (pump connections), steel pipes
(sprinkler risers), sprinklers, requlators anchors, plastic
fittinqs, valves, pumping units, sumps and miscellaneous
fittinqs and gauges, includfng specifically, but not limited

49,950 feet PVC pipe and necessary fittings

7 foot galvanized rizers, concrete anchors and necessary
fittings supplied with asbestos cement mainline
consisting of approximately 3,240 feet of six inch and
1650 feet of 8 inch asbestos pipe.
All other necessary gate valves and control valves
