paraqraph being located on the aforesaid Block 20.
This mortgage is qiven to secure the payment of not only the
aforesaid pramissory note but also a fee of 1/4 of 196 per annum ~
payable annually on each interest payment date on any amount of the
above principal swn not disbursed, said fee to be discontinued in
any event on March 5 , 1971.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein or in ;
the note secured hereby, in the ~vent the entire principal amount of ~
One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Dollard ($146,700.~0) i
is not disbursed by the Mortgagee to the Mortgaqor, then and in that ~

event, the amount of each annual principal payment set forth in said
note shall be reduced proportionately.
Mortgagor agrees that none of the real property herein en-
cumbered shall be incorporated into a drainaqe district under the
laws of Florida without first obtaining the written consent of the
Mortgagee.
