has heretofore executed a mortgage in favor of FLORIDA MAID
CITRUS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, dated March 10,
1965, an3 recorded in Off iciaZ Records Book 1I9, Page 348,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
encumbered the following described property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Block 18, AGRICUUPURE PLAT OF FLORIDA MAID
CITRUS GROVE, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 1, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND WAEREAS, SILICOTE SALES CO., INC., a Florida corgoration,
has applied to CONNECTICLTP GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a
Connecticut corporation, for a mortgage loan on said Block 18
in the original principal amount of $136,000, which last
mentioned mortgage is dated March 10, 1966, and recorded

said public records, and
W~REAS, said Connecti~ut General Life insurance Company
requ ires that the lien ct its mortgage be a first lien.and
has requested said Florida Maid Ct~rus Corporation to sub-
ordinate the lien of their mortgage hereinabove described to
the lien of said Connect icut General Life Insurance Company
mortgage,

the mutual advantages and benefits accruing to the parties f
