SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY 7HESE PRESENTS TAAT:
W~[EREAS: FI.ORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, has heretofore executed a mortgage in favor of
F. BURTON SMITH and WAGNER GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation,
dated August 15, 1963, and recorded in Official Records Book
69, Page 10, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
- which mortgage encwnbered the following described property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Block 18, AGRICULTURE PLAT OF FLORIDA MAID CITRUS
GROVE, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page l, Public Recorda of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
AND W~RF.~1S , S ILICOTE SALES CO INC a Florida corporation,
has applied to CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a
Connecticut corporation for a mortgage loan on said Block 18
in the original principal amount of $136,000, which last mentioned
mortgage is dated March 10, 1966, and recorded ~~_a.}~~ , 1966
under Clerk's No. , of said public records, and
