SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

mortgaga in favor of FLORIDA t4AID CITRUS CORPORATION~ a Florida
corporation, dated January 19~ 1965 and recorded in Official
Rec~rds Book 110~ Page 139~ Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~ahich mortgage encumbered the follo~ing described
property located in St. Lucie County. Florida, to wit:

Block 20, AGRICULTURE PLAT OF FLORIDA MAID
CITRUS GROVE, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 13~ Page l~ Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND WHEREAS, THOMAS T. LENK and MARY LENK, his wife,
have applied to CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a '
Connecticut corporation~ for a mortgage loan on said Block 20,
in the original principal amount of 5146,700 Which last mentioned
mortgage is dated March 5, 1966, and recorded under Clerk's No.
of said public records , and
WHEREAS~ said Connecticut General Life Insurance ;

Company requires that the lien of its mortgage be a first lien ;
E and has requested said Florida Maid Citrus Corporation to sub- }
