SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under date of March 14, 1965, a mortqage
was qiven by SILICOTE SALES CO., INC. to FLORDIA MAID CiTRUS ;

CORPORATION, which mortgage was recorded in Official Records ~
Book 119, page 348 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and subsequently assiqned to DOLORES ALPERN on the
18th day of October, 1965, which Assignment of Mortgage was
recorded in Official Records Book 129, page 226 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~hich mortgage covers
the followinq described real property lying and beinq in St.
Lucie County, Florida: ~
Block 18 of the Agricultural Plat of Florida
Maid Citrus Grove, recorded in Plat Book 13,
Page 1, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREAS, CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANGE COMPANY
has aqreed to make a mortgage loan~_.to SILICOTE SALES CO., INC.
in the amount of $136,000, to be amortized annually over 15 years
coimnencinq June 1, 1971 with interest at the rate of 6$ per !
annum to begin accruing with the date of the note, payable j
annually beginning June 1, 1966, hereafter called the "new ~
mortgaqe", covering the property above desc=ibed, provided the
mortgage first described is subordinated to it; and
wHEREAS, the undersigned, in order to induce the making
of the new mortgage loan, and in consideration for the swn of ~

One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, i
desires to subordinate her mortqaqe to the new mortgage. !
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
i
mortqage first described above is by this instrument sub- ~
ordinated and made inferior to the mortgage to be qiven to
CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, last described
above.
