SUBORDIrATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under date of January 19, 1965, a mortgage
was qiven by THOMAS T. LENK to FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION,
which mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 110,
Page 137, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and subsequently assigned to DOLORES ALPERN on the 18th day
of October, 1965, which Assignment of Mortgage was recorded
in Official Records Book 129, Page 226 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage covers the
following described real property lying and being in St. Lucie
_.County, Florida:
Block 20 of the Agricultural Plat of Florida
Maid Citrus Grove, recorded in Plat Book 13,
Page 1, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREAS, Connecticut General Life Insurance Company
has agreed to make a mortgage loan to THOMAS T. LENK in the
amount of $146,700, to be amortized annually over 15 years
commencing June 1, 1971 with interest at the rate of 68 per
j annum to begin accruing with the date of the note, payable
,
annually beqinning June 1, 1966, hereafter called the "new
mortgage", covering the property above described, provided the
mortgaqe first described is subordinated to it; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, in order to induce the making
of the new mortgage loan, and in consideration for the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
desires to subordinate her mortgage to the new mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
mortgage~first described above is by this instrument sub-
ordinated and made inferior to the mortgage to be given to
