QUITCLAIM DEED
FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, a corporation organized
and existinq under the laws of the State of Florida, the Quit-
claimor, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other qood
and valuable considerations, received from THOMAS T. LENK,
the Quitclaimee, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,_hereby, on this
lst day of March, 1966, quitclaims to the Quitclaimee all of
the interest of the Quitclaimor in that certain Drainage Ease-
ment Aqreement dated June 8, 1964 among MINUTE MAID GROVES
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, LOMA LINDA CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS, INC.,
F. ,3URTON SMITH, WAGNER GROVES, INC., DONALD K. MOE and
FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, relating to Block 20 of the
Agricultural Plat of Florida Maid Citrus Grove, as recorded -
