larly desaribed as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the West side of 25th Street
and the North side of Ohio Avenue run West along
Ohio Avenue 305 feet, thence North and parallel
with 25th Street 143 feet, thence East and par-
allel with Ohio Avenue 305 feet, thenae South
and parallel with 25th Street 11~.3 Peet to tbs
point oP beginning.
Before me, the undersigned autnority, personally appeared
Georgia A. Fortner, a xidow, who, upon first being duly sxorn,
did depose and $ay that she ia the surviving spouse of Wallace
H. Fortner, and that Wallace H. Fortner died on June 26, 1965,
in the Good Samaritan Hospital located in West Palm Beach, Palm
Beach County, Florida.
