WITNESSET'H: That for the sum of Ten Dollars (~$10.00 ) and other good and ~

valuable considerations, said Grantors do hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ;
release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and ~
tract of land situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
described as follows:

This deed is given to shaw the joinder by Carolyn Lyle
Davis in that corneyance made July 31, 1965, and recorded in
Official Record Book 135, Page 95, public records of St. Lucie :
