GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this ~_day of

HARRIET E. CARNAHAN, his wiie, of the County of St. Lucie and State ~

of Florida, Grantors, and L. C. DUNCAN, SR. , of the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, Grantee;
WHEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee simple and in possession
of land described as:
Lot 11, TOP OF WALTON SUBDIVISION, as re-
corded in Plat Book page 61, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel of land
contiguous to the lands of Grantors, and
WHEREAS, the Grantors have agreed, in consideration of the sum

~ of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, to grant to the Grantee

~ and his heirs, an easement or Right-of-Way over the lands described below

for the purposes and in the manner expressed below:
NOW, THIS INDENTURE WTTNESSETH:
That in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, Grantors grant unto Grantee and his heirs full and
free right and liberty for them and their tenants, servants, visitors and
licensees, in common with all persons having the like right, at all times
hereunder, for ingress and egress only over the following described lands
