THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 18th day of February
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE:
hereinafter called the Gxantora, to I~NRY MUREZ and EVELYN MUREZ, his wife,
whose postoffice address is P. O. Box #15,
Doyle, Tennessee
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does qrant, bargain, aell, alien, remiae, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PARK, St. Lucie County, Florida. according to Plat recorded in
Plat Book 11, at page 13, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida, and
Lots numbered 1 and 2, Block numbered 138, Unit numbered 11, LAICGWOOD
PA.RK, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 32, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonginq or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the eame in fee aimple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and reatrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
