mortgagors, and FREDA ANDERSOt1, called the mortgagee,
WITNESSETti:
That the said mortgagors for and in consideration of the
sum of Six Tliousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($6,500.00) to
them in hana paid by the said mortaagee, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowleuged, granted, bargained and sold to the said mortgagee,
her heirs anu assigns forever, the following describea land, situate,
lying ann being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-
wit:

~ legal representatives or assigns, a certain promissory note, a
copy of which is on the reverse side hereof, and shall perform and

said note and of this mortgage then this mortgage and the estate here-
~ by createci shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in full
~ force anci virtue. Anci the said mortgagors covenant to pay the in-
~ terest and principal promptly when due; to pay the taxes and assess-

~ ing on saic~ land for not less than $6,500.00, approved by the mort-
~ gagee, with standard mortgage loss clause payable to mortgagee, the

~ in proper repair; and to waive the homestead exeraption.
