FOR VALUE RECEIVED, we promiae to pay to FREDA ANDERSON
or order, the principal sum of Six Thousanci Five Hundred Dollars
($6,500.00) in installments as follows: ~5~.86 on the lst day of
February, 1966, and $54.86 on the lst day of each month thereafter,
to and including the lst day of January, 1981, with a final payment
of the balance due on the lst day of January, 1981, including in-
terest on the principal balance from time to time~unpaid ati the rate
. of six percent (6$) per annum.
Each of said installments of principal shall bear interest
after maturity at the rate of seven~ percent (7$) per aninum, _ and the
said payments of both principal and interest are to be made at
such banking house or trust company in the City of Ctticago, Illinois,
as the legal holder of this note may, from time to time, in writ-
ing appoint, and in the a~sence of such appointm~nt, then at 2040

This note is secured by mortgage on real estate of even
date herewith and is subject to all the terms anci covenantstherein
. containeci. It is agreeci that at the election of the holder or holciers
hereof`a~ii-without notice. the principal sum remaining unpaia here-
on, together with accrueci interest thereon, shall become at once
due and payable at the place of payment aforesaid in case of aefault
in tne payment of principal or interest when aue in accordance with
the terms hereof or in case aefault shall occur and continue for
. three ciays (in which event election may be made at any time after
