EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE~ Executed this 18th day of March, A. D,
1966, between WILLIAM FULTON VASSAR, as Executor of the Estate of
W. E~ VASSAR, deceased, Party of the First Part, and JOEL L.
FT•T•IS and DOROTHY M. ELLIS, his wife, whose address is 3060
Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, That, Whereas, the County Judge of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the 18th day of March, A.D. 1966, among other
things ordered that the Party of the First Part execute a Deed to
the Parties of the Second Part,
NOW~ THEREFORE, This Indenture Witnesseth: That the said
WILLIAM FULTON VASSAR,-as Executor of tYie Estate of W. E~ VASSAR,
deceased, in order to carry into e~fect the said sale so made as
aforesaid, and in pursuance of the Order of the said Court, in
consideration of the sum of NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ($9,600.00)
; DOL?~ARS paid by the Parties of the Second Part, receipt whereof

~ _ is hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has granted,

~ bargained, sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
~ alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Parties of the Second

~ Part, and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
forever, that certain parcel of land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 6, I~ILEM SUBDIVISION
~ as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, Page
~ 73 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, EXCEPTING TIiEREFROM, easements for
= telephone and telegraph lines and electric
~ transmission and distribution lines and drainage
~ easements of record.
