ADDITIONAL MORTGAGE SECURITY

11~1IS AGREI~IENT, entered into thi sZ8 day of February 1966 by
and between Ben L. Dick and Bettina Dick, his wife, and Leo Grossaian and
Shirley Grossman, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors and
Liberty Life Insurance Company, hereinaf ter referred to as oWner, ;
! WITNESSEI~:
WHEREAS, the mortgagors did hereto fore on Septetnber 9, 1965,
execute and deliver to Keyes Mortgage Company, a Florida Corporation, their
Pramissory Note in the Principal amount of $ 24,000.00, peyable in monthly
installments of $ 202.53 with the first installment to begin October Z,
19b5; and
WHEREAS, as security for the payment of said note the mortgagors
did execute and deliver to Keyes Mortgage Company their Mortgage Deed
encumbering the following described property: To-wit,
The East 56 f eet of Lot 13, Block "B", of the Aevised Plat of
COBBS PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book at Page 54, oi the Public Records
; of St Lucie County, Florida.

~ WHEREAS, said Mortgage was recorded under Clerks File # 138 713
0. in Official Records Book 126, at Page 402, of the Public Records of St

~ Lucie County, Florida; and

~ WHEREAS, said Note and Mortgage was subsequently assigned to
Liberty Life Insurance Company by assignment filed for record in Official ;
Records Book 127, at Page 70, of the Public Records of St Lucie County,
~ Florida; and

WHIItEAS, THE MORTCAGORS have been requested by the owner to
~
~ amend the legal description of the property pledged as security for the
~ hereinabove mortgage note in order that the ovner shall have any interest
~
~ the mortgagors may have in any additional parking.
~
~ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in order to j
~
~ reflect the easement for caimon parking contained in the deed to the
~
~
