mortgage as additional security for the repayment of the indebtedness
r.?aking the legal description now read as follows; to-wit,
Tiie East 56 feet of Lot 13, in Block •'B", of the revised
Plat of Cobbs Park Subdivision, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plet Book 8, at Page 54, of the
Public Racords of St Lucie County, Florida, and further
the use of the following for comuon Parking The
South 60 feet,of the East 10.3 feet, of Lot 14, and the
South 60 feet of Lot 13, Less the East 56 f eet of Said
Lot 13, in Block "B", of the revised Plat of Cobbs Park
Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8,
at Page 54, of the Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida.
Ba cept as specifically modified hereinaboi~e, all of the other
terms, covenants, conditions, and agreeaents contained in said promissary
note and mortgage deed securing the same shall be and remain in fu11 force
and effect.
