MOR TGAGE DEED

THIS MOR TGAGE DEED, executed this day of
March~ 1966, by PETER E. SIMON and RITA SIMON, his wife, MELVIN
S. TAUB and ~AROL TAUB, his wife, SAMUEL BRODIE and RITA BRODIE,
his wife~ HERBERT KAY and EDYTHE KAY, his wi.fe~ and PHILIP H.
SIMON and MILDRED K. SIMON, his wife, said husbands doing business
as ~FORT PIERCE ASSOG7ATES, a partnership, having an office at 341
Pan American Bank Building, Miami, Florida 33131, party of the first
part~ hereinafter called the "Mor~agors" to NEW JERSEY BANK AND TRUST
GOMPANY, party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Mortgagee",
W ITNESSETH:
That for diver s good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith~ hereinafter described~ the said Mortgagors
I do grant,bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
