intersects the south line of Lot 2 of Miller's S~.ibdivision, Plat Look 6, Page 48,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said starting point being 50' east-
erly of the center line of the west tract (as measured on the perpendicular);
thence run N 61° 30'E, along said south line of Lot 2, a distance of 625. 56' to
the point of beginning; thence continue to run N 61° 30' E. , along said south line
of Lot 2, a distance of 75'; thence run N 28° 30' W, a distance of 135'; thence
run S 61° 30"W a distance of 75'; thence run S 28° 30' E. , a distance of 135' to
the point of beginning.
SULJECT, however, to an easement with the grantors and their heirs and
