Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie c.o~anty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll inclade tna feminine and neuter. ~111
rights and obliga-~ions under this mort~age shall extend to and
be binding upon ti~e respeccive heirs, executors, administrators,~
successors and assigns of the [~fortgagor and Mortgagee.
