HomeMy WebLinkAbout1807 the corpus of this Trust after deducting all costs of administration shall be distributed as follows: (1) All remaining funds shall be divided into five (5) equal parts. (2) One part to the living lineal descend ants of my deceased sister, MARY M. WIESER, share and share alike. C3) One part to my brother, NORHHRT A. QtAP, and, if he is not in being, to his lineal descendants, share and share alike. C4) One part to my sister, CA11iBRINB M. HANKE, and, if she is not in being, to her lineal descend ants, share and share alike. (5) One part to my sister, ULA M. GBISLER, and, if she is not in being, to her ~ lineal descendants, share and share alike. (6) One part to my sister, ANN M. (~OODMAN, and, if she is not in being to her lineal descendants, share and share alike. (7) If any of the beneficiaries in Divisions (2) through (6) shall not be in being at the time of the termin ation of this ' Trust, the part, or parts, so allotted to them ' ~ shall be divided equally amon g the surviving ~ ~ parts. ~ 3. In the administration of the trust, the Trustee shall t ~ have the following powers, all of which shall be exercised in a ~ fiduciary capacity, primarily in the interest of the Grantor or t Beneficiary: (a) To hold and continue to hold as an investment the property received hereunder, and any additional property which may be received by them, so lon g as they deem proper, and to in vest ~ and re-invest in any securities or property, whether or not income producing, deemed by them to be for the best interest of the trust and the beneficiary hereunder, without being limited to trust or ~ chancer investments y , g ~ y provided b law and notwithstandin that the ~ ~ same may constitute leaseholds, royalty interests, patents, inter- ~ ~ ests in mines, oil and gas wells, or timber lands, or other wast- ~ ing assets, and without any responsibility for any depreciation ~ u+w oc~oK ~ or loss by or on account of such investments. 3.
